Charming interiors and beautiful gardens – situated in a privileged position only 10 Km from the centre of Lucca and within walking distance of the local village. The enlarged terrace with its tables, chairs and umbrellas makes a delightful area for relaxing, surrounded by many beautiful plants and herbs. The Dependance can also be rented on its own with or without the Studio which is a few steps away and ideal for yoga, art groups, creative writing, lectures, gardening seminars, etc. Tennis courts within walking distance.

POOL: Is this property is rented with Villa Valerie it has a shared pool with that villa otherwise there is no pool for guests use.

The Studio room can also be hired out on a daily basis during out of season months.

Dining/ sitting room seating up to 50. Large French windows opening out of both sides of the room, one side opening out to the lemon garden and the other side opening to the terrace and Studio. This leads towards the olive grove past the Yoga lawn and up the pine walk.
Pantry with large fridge, ice machine, and storage area.
