Villa Costeria Amalfi is located along the coastal road only 3 km from Amalfi town centre, one of the most enchanting spots on the Amalfi coast. The wonderful property couldn’t be more perfect. It has terraces for dining al fresco with stunning sea views, a beautiful private swimming pool and is situated only 300 metres from the nearest beach and 2 great restaurants.

Surrounded by green olive groves, pine trees and Mediterranean plants cascading down to the sea, the property has terraces on three different levels covered by a pergola draped in violet bougainvillea….a spot is ideal for dining ‘al fresco’! More paved terraces and gardens planted with pink and red geranium, are situated around the property; the swimming pool, set on the lowest terrace, has 12 sun loungers, 2 showers and a shaded area with dining table and chairs for 12 .

ACCOMMODATION COMPRISES

Entrance from the main road into the parking spot with space for 2/3 cars:

From the parking, the main entrance of the villa leads to a small lounge area with door to the spacious master bedroom. It is furnished with a double bed and a sofa bed convertible into a single bed. It has en suite full bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, TV, in built wooden robe, old chest of draw and sliding iron shutters opening to the lovely balcony with blue printed tiles, sun loungers and sea view.

From the lounge area a stone staircase (20 steps) take down to the spacious dining/sitting room with sofas for 12, satellite TV, precious crystal chandelier, crystal table seating 6 people and sliding iron shutters opening to the terrace with in built seating, blue and yellow printed tiles, wicker chairs, round marble table 4 seats and sea views.

On the left of the sitting room a small corridor leads to 2 double bedrooms, each with en-suite full bathroom with shower. The larger bedroom has windows with sea views, the other has French doors opening to a side terrace.

On the right of the sitting room is: A fourth spacious bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and windows with sea views.

Dining room with table seating up to 14 people, precious crystal chandelier and fridge with large selection of local wine. It has a door opening to the kitchen and another door opening directly to the terrace equipped with round ceramic table seating 14 people with wicker chairs and barbecue.

Fully equipped kitchen with 8 gas rings, American refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and French window opening directly to the terrace.

Dependence with 2 bedrooms with curved ceiling (both bedrooms can be made up as two twin bedrooms), both with TV, floor tiled with orange printed tiles, windows to back of house, blue French doors opening to the terrace. Each bedroom has en-suite bathroom with shower and doors to the terrace.

From this terrace 19 steps up to the parking area and 15 steps down to the second level, (reachable also from the sitting room through a stair of 12 steps) covered by a bougainvillea pergola, with outdoor furniture, ceramic dining table 12 seats, garden seats, in built seatings and outside lightings.

A communal staircase (approx. 400 steps) close to the villa, takes down to Santa Croce public beach with 2 restaurants, as well as umbrellas and chairs for hire.

The 2 nearest restaurants and Santa Croce public beach are situated at about 300 mts from the villa. All essentials (bars, shops, banks, and post office) are situated in Amalfi town centre. Bus stop marked SITA to Amalfi (15 min) and Positano (35 mins) on the main road. Ferries and hydrofoil ply daily from Amalfi to Capri (1½ h.), Positano (20 min.), Ischia (2½ h) and Salerno (1 h.). The services operate only during the spinning Summer.
