This property is ideal for families due to its large fenced private swimming pool and flat lawned areas.  This is the perfect location from which to sit back – relax and do nothing whilst enjoying the surrounding countryside as the property is staffed. The Villa is built over three floors and the ground floor is reserved to the staff, who take care of the property and its  guests – The staff will respect your privacy but conveniently provide 4 hours daily cleaning and a cook service for breakfast and dinner – 5 days a week! (Cost of grocery & shopping time is extra).

The nearby area of Bolgheri is famous worldwide for its excellent wines and oil among which the Sassicaia and Ornellaia wine production (there are more than 50 producers in the area to be visited). Furthermore, to reach San Gimignano it takes less than one hour drive while Siena and Pisa are around at one hour drive; Florence and Lucca instead can be reached in around one and a half hours.
