Set in one of the most beautiful panoramic areas of Praiano, Villa Idris occupies the entire ground floor of a two-story building. It has two beautiful and large private gardens which offer a wide panorama of sky, sea and coast. The blue Mediterranean sea is just below the property; the water can be reached by walking along a communal staircase of about 250 steps which leads to a sunbathing terrace on cliff.

The total size of the villa is 110 sqm inside and 400 sqm meters of outdoor area consisting of terraces and gardens. A car is not necessary when staying at this beautiful villa. The stop for the buses that go to Positano, Sorrento, Amalfi and the other coastal towns can be found within 400 metres of the house (including the 160 stairway steps).

ACCOMMODATION COMPRISES:

From the garden you enter directly into a spacious L-shaped sitting/dining room.
The furnishings include 2 sofas, a large flat-screen satellite television, a dining table which can accommodate up to six guests, air conditioning/heating units. Wifi access.

The kitchen is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a six burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. There is a table to seat four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace.

From one side of the living room a small corridor leads to two bedrooms, each with a matrimonial bed (160×180) and direct access onto the garden through French doors.
The two bedrooms have their own bathroom next door. The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower, a washing machine and an air conditioning/heating unit. The second and larger bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a large Jacuzzi bathtub and an air conditioning/heating unit.

GARDEN AND EXTERIOR:

The first terrace, approx. 240 sqm, is at the entrance of the property and is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. The terrace is equipped with a comfortable seating area with built-in stone white benches, armchairs and sofa around a low coffee table plus a dining table with chairs and a barbecue – all surrounded by pots of trees and flowers.

The second terrace, situated 9 steps below the main terrace, is 160 sqm. It is equipped with a pool, a sun umbrella, a table, deck chairs and an external shower. Part of the garden is planted with seasonal vegetables, if in season the produce is available to guests.
