Villa Laglio is a spectacular villa to rent on the west shore of Lake Como with direct access to the shore and its’ own private dock. The property originally dates back to the 19th century and has been renovated to offer stylish interiors and beautiful lake views – especially from the billiard room! Ideally situated within walking distance of the local village (shops and restaurants 300 metres). All bedrooms benefit from air-con. The gardens are furnished with chairs and sun beds and provides the perfect spot from which to admire the lake – surrounded by a century old Lebanon Cedar tree, and Olea fragrance which scents the air.

ENTRANCE LEVEL FIRST FLOOR:
Eat-in-Kitchen with table for 8 persons, large fridge with ice maker, coffee espresso and cappuccino machine, American coffee machine, 6 burns stove, 2 ovens, toaster, dishwasher, juice maker and food processor.
Living room with working fireplace, 2 sofas and dining area opening towards the furnished terrace for al fresco dining.

SECOND FLOOR:
Green Bedroom: lake view, AC, double bed (only double) 180×200 cm. Memory Foam mats and pillows.
Liberty style bathroom with tub
Red Bedroom: lake view, twin bedroom (2 beds of 90×200 cm) that can be turned in one double, AC. Memory Foam mats and pillows.
Yellow bedroom: lake view, twin bedroom (2 beds 90×200 cm) that can be turned in one double, AC. Memory Foam pillows.
These two bedrooms share a bathroom with tub and shower. Lake View.

THIRD FLOOR:
Room Fornasetti: Twin bedroom (beds 90×200 cm) that can be joined, lake view, AC, safe. Memory Foam mats and pillows.
Bathroom with wonderful marble basin. Large Jacuzzi shower with Chromotherapy.

General info about beds: The Green Traversi bedroom, the Pink Fornasetti bedroom, and the Red Camelia bedroom have memory foam mattresses. The Yellow bedroom has 2 standard mattresses. All the bedrooms have memory foam pillows.

LOWER LEVEL AND GARDEN:

Family room with plasma TV, SKY TV, stereo: a comfortable space to watch a movie, listen to music or play billiard while gazing at the garden below. A sofa bed is available upon request.

Guests’ powder room, Laundry room with washing machine iron and iron board. Dryer now available.

Facilities: hairdryer, vanity set, WIFI, safe, TV SAT, SKY TV, Sound Fly, fireplace, BBQ, pool table, 2 kayaks.

From this level a garden stairway with flowers leads to the lakeshore intimate garden with chairs and sun beds shadowed by a century old Lebanon Cedar tree and an Olea fragrans which perfumes the air with its white flowers. In the middle is a small fish pond with a waterfall and a bronze statue representing a Faune.

The stylish interiors combine traditional and contemporary styles to offer comfortable accommodation on the shores of Lake Como. You will experience the work of Italian artists and designers as Fornasetti, Gae Aulenti, Castelli e Minetti. All the bedrooms are provided with Air Con and Internet WI-FI.

Located in Laglio on the western shore of the Como leg of Lake Como, north of Cernobbio (7 KM) and close to the famous George Clooney’s residence.

Shops and restaurants are within walking distance (300 metres), you easily reach Como in 20 min and Cernobbio, with the famous Villa d’Este hotel, in 10 min. Every corner of Lake Como has much to offer; historic sites, charming villages and mountain trails alike.
