The estate is located in an exclusive gated community amidst lush gardens which extend over 20 acres. An idyllic location yet conveniently located only a five minutes walk to the nearest village with restaurants, cafés, a supermarket, pâtisserie, post office, bank, hairdressers, bus stop. The ferry to the other lake towns and islands docks at Belgirate (10 min. walk). Switzerland is just half an hour away.
The hospitable owners live in a separate villa inside the property (50 meters from villa Lesa) they are available to offer you the finest services while granting your privacy without intruding.
Guests can also use bikes, canoes and the sailing dinghy boat, as well as a motor boat (no license needed) offered by the owner. Upon request it is possible to book an excursion with the owner’s helicopter or a cruise with the owner’s 15 metre vintage sailing boat and 12 metres vintage wooden motorboat used for the recent famous royal weddings of the Borromeo’s family.

Completely newly restored villa Lesa is a fully AC spacious house (350 sqm/3767 sq ft) and develops on one level therefore is suitable to people with walking difficulties. The villa comes with four bedrooms each with en suite bathroom (shower).
