This multi-level villa, nestled amidst lush greenery, boasts a classic Italian design with contemporary comforts. From its elevated position, it overlooks miles of coastline, just 600 meters from the sandy shores of “Santa Maria Le Piane” beach. The nearby fishing village of Villammare, about a mile away, provides an authentic taste of Italian life, with its picturesque marina, charming cafes, and vibrant summer beach spots. The village rests at the edge of Cilento National Park, along a rugged, unspoiled coastline with long stretches of beach, palm-lined promenades, and fragrant Mediterranean flora.

While the marina is within walking distance, a car is recommended for ease of access, as the villa’s hillside location is reached by a steep road. However, this elevated position offers unforgettable panoramic views.

Designed with spacious, self-contained living areas on each floor, the villa is ideal for large groups or families. The bright and airy rooms feature Mediterranean-style décor with simple yet elegant touches. With five bedrooms in the main villa and an additional annex, there is ample space to accommodate extra guests.

Bedroom 2: Full double size bed (140*190 cm), air-conditioning, ceiling fan, garden view.

External stairs to first floor: Large roof terrace with outdoor dining table and sunbathing area, sea view.

Grounds: Large, enclosed, terraced grounds. 12m x 6m pool (depth 1.40m -2.40m). Covered terrace on ground
floor level with comfortable seating. Lower terrace with vine covered pergola, large medierranean oak
tree providing extra shade and “taverna” style covered dining terrace seating 14 with summer kitchen,
built-in charcoal barbecue and traditional Italian wood-fired pizza oven. 2 further outdoor dining areas
on first floor level. Parking for 10 cars

We are back from an absolutely glorious week at Villa Marzio (in Villammare) – everything was more than we hoped for, Marzio runs an excellent villa, extremely comfortable and great for little kids (though we were on full alert because pool not gated) …. but Marzio was super attentive to all our needs, there is so much to do in the area, hikes, boat trips, pool amazing. harbour – the perfect way to enjoy a day or two on the Amalfi coast without staying in the tourist
hustle and bustle!
