From its elevated position, it overlooks miles of coastline, just 600 meters from the sandy shores of “Santa Maria Le Piane” beach. The nearby fishing village of Villammare, about a mile away, provides an authentic taste of Italian life, with its picturesque marina, charming cafes, and vibrant summer beach spots. The village rests at the edge of Cilento National Park, along a rugged, unspoiled coastline with long stretches of beach, palm-lined promenades, and fragrant Mediterranean flora.

While the marina is within walking distance, a car is recommended for ease of access, as the villa’s hillside location is reached by a steep road. However, this elevated position offers unforgettable panoramic views.

Designed with spacious, self-contained living areas on each floor, the villa is ideal for large groups or families.
