Nestled in the serene landscapes of the Orvieto region, this enchanting family retreat presents an alluring panorama of undulating hills, expansive fields, and lush forestry. Villa Montecchio is a meticulously restored villa ideally situated only 1 Km from the nearest grocery and 25 km from historic Todi.  The property is a true idyllic haven which benefits from a beautiful private, pool, private tennis court (synthetic and not flood lit) & air-con in every bedroom.

Il Molinazzo consists of 2 adjacent stone houses: the main house sleeps up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Next to the main house, there is a smaller guest house, with 2 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a laundry room.

There are various outdoor spaces such the elegantly furnished “loggia” with comfortable couches and open views over the countryside. A second outdoor living room and a third “pergola” just next to the kitchen with table and chairs for 14 people.

A few steps up from the house the panoramic pool, another furnished patio and the tennis court. From here the view is even better! The property is surrounded by a manicured garden full of roses, olive trees  & lavender

GROUND FLOOR
Entrance through a first living room furnished with a comfortable Chesterfield couch, a couple of armchairs, CD/Tape Player/Radio (seats up to seven people).
Large living room with working fireplace and comfortable sofas and armchairs (seats up to ten/twelve people); double doors open to the covered “loggia”, a perfect place where relax and enjoy the nice view drinking a glass of red wine.
Next to the living room, there is a large dining room with working fireplace which can accommodate up to 14 people.
Large kitchen (5-burner gas stove, oven, separate fridge/freezer, double sinks, dishwasher, microwave, American coffee maker, kettle) with separate dining area, working fireplace, table for eight; double doors open to dining patio and second outdoor living room.
Guest bathroom.
Air-conditioned double bedroom (king size bed) with separate sitting room and walk-in closet. Ensuite bathroom with bathtub with hand-held shower, no curtain, and separate shower.

This floor sleeps up to 8 people and has lovely views over the rolling hills and the countryside.
Each bedroom is air conditioned.

In the annex there are two more air-conditioned bedrooms and a large laundry room.

Laundry room (2 washing machines and a dryer) with direct entrance from terrace.

Facilities WIFI, AC only in the bedrooms, 2 washing machines, dryer (only the staff can use it), dishwasher, TV SAT, DVD. Window screens on bedroom windows only. Two cribs and two highchairs available. Hairdryers provided in each bathroom. Tennis racquets available.
