An historical Tuscan villa with a private pool set in a panoramic position between Lucca and the Versilia coast.
It is the perfect summer home only 17 Km from the historic centre of Lucca and 10 minutes drive from a local village with grocery shop, bank and other amenities. Beautiful gardens and stunning views of the surrounding hillside. 9 hours cleaning included in rental.
This 18th century summer residence, where the owners live during off-season months, is ideal for families or groups looking to spend time together. There are several seating areas, both inside and outside, enabling guests to spend time together while retaining their privacy.
The villa can sleep up to 11 people, on the first floor there are 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Fans are provided in each bedroom. The first floor has mosquito nets at all the windows.
Villa Orbicciano has all the features of a classic Tuscan villa – beamed ceiling, terracotta floors, etc. – while being furnished with all the needed comforts such as an extremely well-furnished kitchen, wifi, mosquito nets, washing machine. The exterior is very charming, there is a small walled formal garden with a stunning view over the hills of Lucca beyond. A few steps lead down to an extensive lawn terrace and the swimming pool rimmed with borders of old roses, irises and hydrangea bushes.
The helpful house caretaker will be happy to support you during your holiday and there is an excellent local chef that can provide cooking service at extra cost.
