The Villa has direct access from the costal road, can accommodates 8\10 people and is spread over 4 floors:

From the entrance some steps laid down to the ground floor, where you have:
professional fully equipped kitchen with dining room, two large bright living
rooms, one with floor skylight overlooking the indoor pool and the other one with
bathroom (shower) that can be converted into a fifth double or twin bedroom (On
request before arrival), 1 bedroom with bathroom (bathtub), outdoor pool with a
system of salt chlorine (chlorine-free pool) – water can be heated in winter (the
heating is strictly related to the outdoor temperature), solarium area, patio where
breakfast is served and laundry room.

with hydromassage and emotional waterfall

Coming up one floor from the ground, three beautiful double bedrooms are
accessible up a flight of steps. Two rooms enjoy en-suite baths, while the third
bedroom has its bathroom with a 10 steps corridor.

One of the main features of the villa is the beautiful, indoor pool with hydro massage/chromatic therapy set in an area with hand-painted vaulted ceilings. There is a glass roof which looks up into the living area.

The living area boasts large comfortable sofas, a table, and a large, flat screen Satellite TV. There is a courtyard with chairs and tables and a second living room with the glass floor which looks down into the spa.

The modern, fully equipped professional kitchen leads out into the dining room. Another great feature of the villa is the beautiful roof top terrace furnished with cushions and an outdoor shower for relaxing and enjoying the magnificent coastal views which are arguably the best from this terrace.

There is a Bose sound system throughout the house.
