The property is nestled in a wide valley, which funnels sun down to the property while the surrounding trees lend a sense of seclusion yet you are only 5 minutes from the nearest village and ideally located within easy reach of Pisa (45 Km), Lucca (43 Km), Florence (68 KM) and Siena (80 Km) for day trips. Villa Valentina is nestled in a wide valley, which funnels sun down to the property while the surrounding trees lend a sense of seclusion. Formerly a farmhouse and hayloft the property has been loving restored to provide a luxury country retreat sleeping 13, with 7 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms.

The accommodation spans 760 sqm and is is comprises of the main house with 5 en-suite, air-conditioned bedrooms and the guest cottage which has two bedrooms (a single and a twin, also with air-con). Both buildings have their own separate kitchens and living areas, and the main house kitchen is bright and spacious with an adjacent breakfast area. The main house also offers a large dining room and drawing room with open fireplace, comfortable sofas and armchairs, as well as a sun room with comfortable armchairs and a billiards table.

The two buildings are connected by a terrace with swimming pool (7m x 12m), sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, and a jacuzzi tub (cold water)

Adjacent to this pool area is a shady gazebo with dining table and chairs, as well as a charcoal barbecue area with two fridges for outdoor entertaining. Various other sitting areas and tables are arranged by the pool and to the rear of the main house. The house and annex are surrounded by a well-tended garden, lawns and flower beds.

Wireless internet access is available throughout, along with Satellite TV in the drawing room and sun-room, DVD player, Bose iPod docking station, and telephone. Both buildings are fully air conditioned/heated. The expansive grounds are fully enclosed and access is via remote-controlled gates.
