Villa Virginia dates back to the beginning of the century and still belongs to the same noble Swiss family who built it. The property has been carefully restored in 2008 retaining many of its original features. The interiors are elegantly furnished in a traditional style with fine tapestries and fabrics, parquet flooring, beautiful paintings and period furnishings. The villa also benefits from having a modern, fully equipped kitchen, WIFI Internet connection & Plasma TV with satellite.

The villa sits on the shores of Lake Como looks directly on the lake with private access and and is set amidst beautiful gardens. Located only a few kilometers from Cernobbio and only 7 km (4,35 miles) from the centre of Como this is the ideal base from which to explore everything that the lake has to offer. there is a bus stop at 150 meters and the pier of the Navigazione dei Laghi ferries is only 400 meters away

The 70sqm wide terrace opens directly on to the lake from which you can enjoy the view in full privacy. From the villa’s private dock, guests can use a rental boat or water-taxis to visit the charming villages of Lake Como as Menaggio, Bellagio and Tremezzo.
