Located on the lombard shore of Lake Maggiore the villa is conveniently located to explore the two sides of the Lake.

ACCOMMODATION COMPRISES: : Villa 525 sqm. Garden 1450 sqm

The first floor features two bedrooms: two AC double bedrooms (180 x 200) and three bathrooms, one with shower and two with tub. A large gourmet kitchen. Spacious living room with dining area and great lake view. On the same floor is another small single bedroom, usually closed, that can be available only upon request.

The lower level features a large (63 sqm) AC suite with round double bed (210×180), fireplace, TV, indoor hot tub (with Jacuzzi hydro massage system), chromo therapy shower and large glass sliding doors overlooking the lake. A twin/double air conditioned bedroom (90×200) with sauna and bathroom (shower).

Outdoor there is a summer lounge, with sun beds, another outdoor eating area, an outdoor shower, BBQ, wood oven, pool with counter current swimming equipment and heating system (upon previous request).

Air conditioning in the 3 upper floor bedrooms, living room, and in the two garden level bedrooms. The villa is perfectly equipped for anything from a few days to a long summer holiday. The owners have paid great attention to detail. Complete privacy and seclusion, waterfront and boat access.

Weekly rental rates

Arrival & Departure
Arrival between 16:00 and 19:00.
Departure between 08:00 and 09:30.
Late Check-In is available only between 19:00 and 20:30 upon prior arrangement with the caretaker. A €50.00 fee is payable in cash upon arrival.

Cleaning & Linen
The cleaning package is €450 per week, payable in cash on site.
Cleaning service is provided for 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, for the house and pool.
Bed linens are changed on Saturday.
Bath linen is changed on Wednesday and Saturday.
Additional fresh linen is available upon request at €20 per set per person, payable directly.
Upon request, one extra guest is admitted at €250 per week.

 Utilities & Heating
Heating is metered and included up to €100 per week; guests will pay any amount exceeding this limit (gas €1.6/Mc).
Electricity is metered and included up to €100 per week; guests will pay any amount exceeding this limit (€0.66/Kw).
Air conditioning is metered with electricity (see rates above).
Pool heating is not included and is metered for electricity or gas consumption.
Wi-Fi internet connection is included.

 Pool Information
The pool is open from 2 May to 26 September.
Pool towels are included.

 Children & Pets
A baby bed is available for €100.
Baby-sitting is available upon request.
Pets are not allowed.

 Security Deposit
A security deposit of €2000 is payable in cash on site or by wire transfer and will be refunded within 48 hours after check-out.

Cook service, transfers, extra maid service (€15 per hour), and laundry services are available upon request.
