Our Story So Far...
Our story began in 1973 when Barry and Christine Pearson (pictured left in Florence 1970s) began renting luxury villas in Versilia, on Tuscany’s golden coast.
Today, we remain family run and managed. Our expertise has been built over a lifetime of living, working & holidaying in Italy which means we know Italy’s culture and customs intimately and well equipped to assist you with your villa rental needs.
We have visited many of the villas in our portfolio – If we haven’t visited your luxury villa of choice, we will find out the necessary information from a trusted contact on your behalf, saving you precious time.

3. Book your villa rental
When you are ready to book we require a deposit to secure your villa rental and the balance will be due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
