Welcome to Villa Compito Verde, a comfortable and fully air-conditioned villa in the heart of Tuscany, complete with a private swimming pool. The property is within walking distance (400 m) of Colle di Compito, where guests will find a restaurant, shop, bar, pharmacy and tennis court. Lucca’s historic centre is just a 15-minute drive away, and with the motorway exit only a few kilometres from the villa, visiting Florence, Pisa and the beaches of Versilia is quick and convenient.
Villa Compito Verde reflects authentic Tuscan style with terracotta floors, exposed beamed ceilings and a warm, rustic atmosphere, while offering modern comforts throughout. The villa includes satellite TV, a sound system, a well-equipped kitchen and air-conditioning on the main floors, ensuring a comfortable stay even during the hottest summer months.
ACCOMMODATION COMPRISES:
Ground floor: kitchen/dining and sitting room with fireplace opening on to the garden and to the covered pergola ideal for al fresco eating, guest bathroom (shower).
First Floor: double bedroom; twin bedroom; bathroom (shower).
Lower Ground Floor: open space with billiard; bathroom (shower); laundry room. Being on the lower ground floor these area is less bright than the rest of the accommodation. An additional twin bedroom on this level is available for larger groups of 6 people (Please enquire for price)
The villa is set within a fenced, flat garden, making it particularly suitable for families with young children. A covered veranda overlooks the pool, allowing parents to supervise with ease.
SWIMMING POOL: 11 m x 5.5 m.
The swimming pool can be heated on request at an additional cost, making Villa Compito Verde an attractive choice for spring and autumn stays.
Two hours of cleaning per day, two days per week, are included.
