5. Sharing Information with Truth & Lucky Ltd
For bookings made through our association with Truth & Lucky Ltd from 1 October 2026, relevant client and travel information will be shared with Truth & Lucky Ltd.

This enables bookings to be arranged with the appropriate suppliers or organisers, payments to be administered through the applicable booking arrangements, and travel documentation to be issued.

Truth & Lucky Ltd may share necessary information with Protected Trust Services, payment providers, tour operators, accommodation suppliers and other organisations involved in your booking.

We will not share more information than is reasonably necessary for these purposes.

7. Guest Registration in Italy
Italian accommodation providers are required to comply with applicable local guest-registration and identification requirements.

Where necessary, we may request the names, nationalities, dates of birth and passport or identification details of guests staying at a property.

This information may be shared with the villa owner, accommodation manager or hotel so that the required guest registration can be completed with the relevant Italian authorities.

Information may also be used where necessary for local tourist-tax administration.

We will only request and share the information needed for these purposes.

8. Health, Dietary and Accessibility Requirements
If you have particular dietary, accessibility or health-related requirements, we may need to collect relevant information to help arrange suitable accommodation, activities or services.

Where such information constitutes sensitive personal data, we will process it only where we have an appropriate lawful basis and an additional legal condition, such as explicit consent where applicable.

Please avoid providing medical information that is not relevant to your travel arrangements.

9. Payments and Financial Information
Payments for bookings arranged through Truth & Lucky Ltd are administered through the applicable payment and Protected Trust Services arrangements.

We may retain payment confirmations, invoices, transaction references and accounting records where necessary.

Secure payment providers may process bank or card details in accordance with their own privacy and security procedures.

We do not require you to send full payment card details by ordinary email.

10. Newsletters and Marketing
We may occasionally send you Idyllic Italy news, Italian travel inspiration, new villa collections, wellness experiences and special offers.

We will send electronic marketing only where permitted under applicable law, including where we have your consent or a relevant existing-customer marketing exemption applies.

You can unsubscribe at any time by following the link in a marketing email or contacting us directly.

We will respect your marketing preferences and will not sell your contact details to third-party marketing companies.

11. Reviews and Testimonials
If you provide feedback or a review, we may ask whether you are happy for it to be shared on our website or through a review platform.

We will take appropriate steps to ensure that any personal information published as part of a testimonial is used lawfully and transparently.

If you submit a review directly through an independent review platform, that platform's own privacy policy may also apply.

12. Website Cookies and Analytics
Our website, www.idyllicitaly.co.uk, is built and hosted using Durable.

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to support essential website functions, improve the visitor experience and understand how visitors use our website.

Durable and any other website services we use may process certain technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information and website activity, where applicable.

You can manage your cookie preferences through the controls available on our website, where provided.

Further information about the cookies and tracking technologies actually used on our website will be provided through the relevant cookie information or consent controls.

13. International Data Transfers
As Idyllic Italy specialises in Italian holidays, we regularly share necessary booking information with suppliers based in Italy.

We may also use technology and service providers that process information outside the United Kingdom.

Where personal information is transferred internationally, we will comply with applicable data protection requirements, including using recognised adequacy arrangements or appropriate safeguards where necessary.

14. How Long We Keep Your Information
