Booking Terms & Financial Protection

 

From 1 October 2026, Idyllic Italy is delighted to be working in partnership with Truth & Lucky Ltd, bringing our clients additional peace of mind and greater flexibility when planning their Italian holidays.

Bookings made from 1 October 2026
Idyllic Italy operates as an Independent Travel Consultant in association with Truth & Lucky Ltd (Company No. 17309443), a member of Protected Trust Services (PTS), membership number 6523.

Truth & Lucky Ltd acts as a travel agent, arranging holidays and travel services through independent accommodation providers, tour operators and other third-party suppliers.

Your contract will be with the relevant supplier or package organiser, as identified in your booking documentation.

The applicable booking terms, payment arrangements, cancellation conditions and any financial protection will be explained and provided before your booking is confirmed.

Villa Rentals, Hotels & Experiences
As our villas, hotels and experiences are individually selected, booking conditions may vary depending on the supplier and the arrangements you choose.

We will explain any applicable deposits, balance payments, cancellation conditions, security deposits and additional local charges before you confirm your booking.

Where your holiday qualifies as a package, the responsible package organiser and applicable financial protection will be identified in your booking documentation.

Financial Protection

Truth & Lucky Ltd is a member of Protected Trust Services (PTS), membership number 6523.

Payments made through the applicable PTS arrangements are subject to the financial protection relevant to your booking.

The level and type of protection depend on the travel arrangements purchased and will be confirmed before booking. Individual accommodation and experience bookings do not necessarily receive the same protection as package holidays.

Bookings made before 1 October 2026

Bookings confirmed with Idyllic Italy before 1 October 2026 remain subject to the original Idyllic Italy booking terms and conditions applicable at the time of booking.
