Ideally positioned for exploring Tuscany, the property is within easy reach of San Gimignano, Monteriggioni and Siena, while Florence and the coast can both be reached within approximately ninety minutes.
The surrounding area is also renowned for its traditional Tuscan restaurants, wineries and excellent food experiences, including a two Michelin-starred restaurant just 10km away.
ACCOMMODATION COMPRISES:
The main house accommodates eight guests. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, a large sitting room with fireplace opening onto the terrace and herb garden, a vaulted kitchen with dining area, cloakroom, laundry and walk-in wardrobe. The first floor features two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one with fireplace and panoramic terrace, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and an additional bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and separate shower.
The pool guest house accommodates two guests in a large open-plan space with sitting area, double bed with en suite shower room and kitchen with dining area. An additional suite for two guests includes a sitting room, kitchen and double bedroom with en suite bathroom.
SWIMMING POOL:
The infinity-edge swimming pool measures 14 x 7 metres. Maid service of four hours per day, five days per week, is mandatory and payable locally at an additional cost of €200 per week.

Everything was beyond our expectations from accommodations to food to decor to pool but especially the service provided by Cinzia the main housekeeper and chef and her assistant Lucia. Personable and incredibly helpful to us in every way from booking transportation and assisting with lost luggage and cooking classes preparing incredibly delicious meals. We would highly recommend!

Arrival time is on Saturday between 4 pm and 7 pm (after 8 pm a fee of € 50 is required and after 10 pm the fee is € 100. Any late arrival has to be agreed in advance).

Tourist tax is applied in most Italian municipalities. This tax is by law to be fully paid by the holidaymakers. The amount varies from municipality to municipality and it must be paid upon arrival directly to the caretaker /owner.
