Completed in 2022, Villa Centolivi is a beautifully designed contemporary country estate enjoying an elevated position in the heart of the UNESCO-listed Val d'Orcia. Combining traditional Tuscan stone with clean modern architecture, the villa has been thoughtfully created to make the most of its spectacular surroundings, with panoramic views stretching across one of Italy's most iconic landscapes.

Designed by architect Florencia Costa, every room has been planned to maximise natural light and the connection with the outdoors. Expansive windows frame the rolling countryside, while warm natural materials and understated interiors create an atmosphere that is both elegant and welcoming.

Sleeping up to 12 guests, Villa Centolivi offers generous living space across two interconnected buildings, making it an excellent choice for extended families or groups of friends travelling together. Whether spending lazy afternoons beside the infinity pool, enjoying dinner on the terrace overlooking the hills, relaxing in the heated jacuzzi or sampling local wines in the private tasting cellar, every aspect of the property has been designed for effortless relaxation.

Situated between the celebrated wine towns of Montalcino and Pienza, the villa provides an ideal base for exploring southern Tuscany's vineyards, medieval villages and outstanding restaurants before returning to complete peace and privacy at the end of each day.

ACCOMMODATION COMPRISES:

Villa Centolivi accommodates up to 12 guests in six spacious double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe.

The accommodation is arranged across two interconnected buildings linked by panoramic terraces.

Main Villa (Sleeps 8 | Approx. 350m²)

Ground Floor
The main entrance opens into a spacious hallway leading to a comfortable TV lounge with a large sofa and a small table for two. There is also a guest cloakroom, a contemporary fully equipped kitchen with breakfast seating for two and direct access to the fragrant herb garden. A staff bedroom with a single bed and ensuite shower room is also located on this floor.

The elegant open-plan living and dining area features inviting sofas, a fireplace and a dining table seating up to 14 guests. French doors open onto the covered terrace, where panoramic views across the Val d'Orcia provide a spectacular backdrop for outdoor dining.

A staircase of 15 steps leads down to the private wine tasting cellar with seating for up to 10 guests, together with a separate laundry room.

First Floor
Two beautifully appointed double bedrooms are located on the first floor. Each features a king-size bed (180 x 200cm), walk-in wardrobe and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub.

Second Floor
The upper floor offers a further two spacious double bedrooms, both with king-size beds (180 x 200cm), walk-in wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms, each equipped with a walk-in shower and separate bathtub.

Guest House (Sleeps 4 | Approx. 450m²)
The guest accommodation is connected to the main villa via the first-floor terrace and can also be accessed independently using an external staircase.

First Floor
There are two elegant double bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size four-poster bed (180 x 200cm). Both bedrooms benefit from generous ensuite bathrooms featuring twin washbasins, a walk-in shower and a bathtub.

Second Floor
The top floor is dedicated to wellness and fitness, offering a private gym equipped with a treadmill, weight bench and step machine, together with a shower room.

SWIMMING POOL & EXTERIOR:

Surrounded by uninterrupted views across the Val d'Orcia countryside, the beautifully landscaped gardens provide numerous places to relax throughout the day.

The panoramic infinity swimming pool is accompanied by a spacious sun terrace with loungers, while the heated outdoor jacuzzi offers the perfect place to unwind whilst taking in the ever-changing Tuscan landscape.

A covered dining terrace comfortably seats twelve guests for al fresco meals, complemented by an outdoor lounge, built-in barbecue, aromatic garden, hammock and outdoor shower. Whether enjoying breakfast in the morning sunshine or long summer evenings under the stars, the outdoor spaces are every bit as impressive as the interiors.

Villa highlights & amenities

Air conditioning throughout, underfloor heating and cooling, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, sound system, fully equipped kitchen, espresso coffee machine, ice maker, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, printer, wine tasting cellar, private gym, fireplace, alarm system, six safes and private gated parking for up to five cars.

Daily housekeeping is included Monday to Saturday, with light cleaning and bed making between 10.00am and 12.30pm. Bed linen and towels are changed twice weekly.

Additional services including private chefs, in-villa wine tastings, cooking classes, massage treatments and bespoke local experiences can all be arranged on request.

Price on request starting at £2235 per night. Minimum stay 7 nights.

Concierge service, maid service from Monday to Saturday (4 hours of service per day), change of linen on Saturday, change of towels on Saturday and midweeks, house heating, Jacuzzi heating, air conditioning, final cleaning.

Not included
Extra maid service (subject to availability), shopping service EUR 50 plus the cost of groceries (for any special request EUR 25 per hour + EUR 1 per km will be added) to pay cash on site upon arrival, cooking service upon request, city tax, any extra service not specified.

The price of the extra services, which need to be paid directly to the service providers, can vary according to their availability.
