An historic Luchese manor house which originally dates back to the 18th Century and is situated in a countryside setting yet less than 5 Km from the centre of Lucca. Surrounded by expansive lawned gardens this charming villa offers traditional interiors with modern amenities such as air-con in the bedrooms and wi-fi.
Villa Clara Lucca sits at the centre of a wine producing estate with its’ own chapel – perfect for a destination wedding in Italy. The property has been furnished in a traditional style to create elegant interiors with modern amenities, such as internet connection and air conditioning in every bedroom (at extra cost). There is a billiard room for your enjoyment and tennis courts (not private to the villa – the courts are shared) within walking distance. Maid service is included 4 hours a day, 5 days a week and the owner offers an excellent local cook service
The beautiful, large swimming pool (18x8m) is located a short walk from the house – making the property great for families with children.

Ground Floor: Huge dining room opening via French windows both onto the front and back garden; traditional Tuscan-style kitchen; billiard room; small sitting room.
First Floor: 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower only; double bedroom and twin bedroom sharing a bathroom (shower only); large sitting room.
Second Floor: 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom (shower only); when rented for 20 people, 3 twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (1 shower only and 2 with bath and separate shower); double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower only) also included.
Villa Clara Lucca can accommodate groups of up to 20 people, with all bedrooms (except one) having their own bathroom. For smaller groups of up to 12: It is possible to rent only a part of the house at a lower rental rate. Please note: The helpful caretakers live on the estate in a separate apartment – they are un-obstrusive but available to arrange cooking services and help their guests.
