THE VILLA: Inside, light-filled rooms and original architectural features evoke centuries of Italian artistry and craftsmanship. The house offers several welcoming living areas for gathering, reading, or simply unwinding.

On the ground floor, guests will find a ping pong table and table football, ensuring entertainment for all ages.

There are 8 bedrooms in total. The second floor offers four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.

The top floor (mansarda) offers a generous lounge area beneath beautiful traditional wooden beams, alongside a cosy, child-friendly living space with a TV and a gaming zone set under the charming 1.5-metre sloping roof. From here, doors open onto a panoramic terrace with wonderful views.

This level also houses four bedrooms. There is one twin room with its own bathroom and air conditioning. The remaining three are designed with children in mind and lie beneath the sloping roof (1.5 m), each cooled by mobile air-conditioning units: one double with an en-suite bathroom, and two further bedrooms — one double and one twin — each with its own bathroom.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Life at Villa Francesco flows effortlessly between indoors and outdoors.

Set in a quiet corner of the estate, the private swimming pool (18 × 6 m) offers a serene escape surrounded by greenery. Guests can relax on sunbeds, poufs, and hammocks, or seek shade beneath umbrellas while enjoying the stillness of the countryside.

Two shaded gazebos extend the villa’s living spaces outdoors.
One is furnished with a dining table for twelve and a Weber gas barbecue, ideal for long alfresco lunches and dinners.
The other provides a comfortable lounge area, perfect for evening aperitifs as the sun sets over the garden.

The property has two gated entrances and private parking for up to six cars, with additional space located just 100 metres away.

SWIMMING POOL: 18 × 6 m

PROPERTY CLEANING: Housekeeping service five days a week for daily cleaning and tidying of bedrooms and bathrooms, plus preparation of a simple self-serve breakfast buffet.
