Floor to ceiling glass sliding doors infuse the living areas with light and allow guests to take in the view across the water. The villa benefits from air-con, wi-fi, fitness room, sauna and jacuzzi. There is plenty of outdoor space for relaxing and dining ‘al fresco’ whilst enjoying the vista.

Located on the lombard shore of Lake Maggiore the villa is conveniently located to explore the two sides of the Lake.
ACCOMMODATION COMPRISES: : Villa 525 sqm. Garden 1450 sqm
The first floor features two bedrooms: two AC double bedrooms (180 x 200) and three bathrooms, one with shower and two with tub. A large gourmet kitchen. Spacious living room with dining area and great lake view. On the same floor is another small single bedroom, usually closed, that can be available only upon request.
The lower level features a large (63 sqm) AC suite with round double bed (210×180), fireplace, TV, indoor hot tub (with Jacuzzi hydro massage system), chromo therapy shower and large glass sliding doors overlooking the lake. A twin/double air conditioned bedroom (90×200) with sauna and bathroom (shower).
Outdoor there is a summer lounge, with sun beds, another outdoor eating area, an outdoor shower, BBQ, wood oven, pool with counter current swimming equipment and heating system (upon previous request).
Air conditioning in the 3 upper floor bedrooms, living room, and in the two garden level bedrooms. The villa is perfectly equipped for anything from a few days to a long summer holiday. The owners have paid great attention to detail. Complete privacy and seclusion, waterfront and boat access.
SWIMMING POOL: 10x5 meters. Can be heated upon prior request.
