We hired Villa Milo as we were attending a family wedding in Taormina. As a party of ten, 5 adults and 5 children (aged 3 months to 11 years) it was absolutely perfect for our needs. It is an extremely well-equipped villa with plenty of room both inside and out and surrounded by wonderful gardens full of cherry trees, lavender and jasmine. The swimming pool is large and placed at the bottom of the garden with plenty of sun beds and the most fantastic views over the sea. The owner Stefania was totally charming and went out of her way to be helpful to us and was on the end of a phone if needed. Milo is quite a small place but has a lovely bakery and a couple of supermarkets, but for more supplies we went into Zafferana Etnea which was only a ten-minute drive and has everything you need including bars, cafes and gelato!! If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay away from the hustle and bustle then I would certainly recommend Villa Milo
