Traditional features including exposed wooden beams, terracotta floors, vaulted ceilings, and stone walls are complemented by elegant furnishings and beautifully curated interiors, creating a warm and sophisticated atmosphere throughout.

The villa enjoys a peaceful countryside setting with panoramic views across the Tuscan hills whilst remaining perfectly positioned for exploring some of Tuscany’s most celebrated destinations, including Pienza, Montepulciano, Siena, the Crete Senesi, and the natural thermal springs of Bagno Vignoni and Bagni San Filippo. Wine lovers will particularly appreciate the villa’s close proximity to the prestigious Brunello wineries surrounding Montalcino, many of which offer private tastings and vineyard tours.

The interiors are spacious and inviting, centred around a magnificent vaulted living room which opens directly onto a vine-covered terrace adorned with vibrant flowers and breathtaking countryside views. Multiple indoor and outdoor dining areas provide the perfect setting for relaxed entertaining and long summer evenings under the Tuscan sky.

The estate comprises a beautifully appointed main house together with a separate guest house, making it ideal for extended families or groups of friends travelling together.

For smaller groups, the property can also be rented using only the main section of the villa accommodating up to 10 guests. In this case, the additional guest accommodation is closed entirely and never rented separately to other guests, ensuring complete privacy and exclusive use of the estate at all times.

Please note that a friendly cat may occasionally be found within the garden grounds.

ACCOMMODATION COMPRISES:
The main house features a welcoming entrance hall leading into a large beautifully furnished living room with fireplace and French windows opening onto the terrace and gardens. There is an elegant dining room opening onto the terrace, a covered outdoor dining terrace ideal for alfresco meals, and a fully equipped kitchen.

In a separate wing of the villa there is an additional sitting room and, accessed via a staircase, a double bedroom with en-suite shower room.

On the first floor are two double bedrooms with four-poster beds and en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs, a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is also a comfortable sitting room with television, fireplace, and sofa bed.

The separate guest house offers additional privacy and includes a living room on the ground floor together with a spacious double bedroom on the first floor with en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub. A separate outbuilding houses the laundry facilities.

SWIMMING POOL:
The private swimming pool measures 12m x 6m and enjoys panoramic views across the surrounding Tuscan countryside. Set within beautifully maintained gardens, it provides the perfect place to relax and unwind whilst soaking in the peaceful atmosphere of the estate.

NOTES:
The five bedrooms within the main house are air-conditioned, whilst the guest house bedroom is equipped with fans. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Fifteen hours of weekly housekeeping are included.
