Villa Ravello

Villa Ravello is a bright and elegant two-storey villa set in a panoramic position facing the sun and the sea. The property sleeps up to ten guests and offers far-reaching views across the Amalfi Coast. Extending over 280 square metres, the villa includes a private swimming pool, two terraces, a large garden, air conditioning in selected rooms, winter heating and Wi-Fi throughout.

The villa is located approximately 800 metres from Ravello, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transport links. The nearest restaurant is 600 metres away, with a grocery store at 2 km. The closest beach, Castiglione di Ravello, is 6 km away and accessed via around 200 steps, although other beaches with easier access are available nearby. The villa can be reached from the parking area without any steps.

A car is not essential during your stay. However, if you are travelling by car, there is free on-site parking for up to three vehicles, with additional parking available on public roads depending on availability.

Perched on a cliffside, Villa Ravello enjoys uninterrupted views of the sea, offering a peaceful and private setting in one of the most scenic areas of the Amalfi Coast. The elevated position provides a striking backdrop of blue sky and coastline, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere throughout the property.

ACCOMMODATION COMPRISES / LAYOUT

The ground floor opens onto a spacious 100 square metre terrace, partly shaded by a stone porch and furnished with sofas, a dining table, chairs and deck chairs. From here, there are views across the greenery and towards the sea. A second patio area of 30 square metres, shaded by a wooden roof, includes a dining table, chairs and a barbecue, with views over the surrounding landscape and coastline.

Inside, the living room features traditional handmade majolica tiles and elegant furnishings, including antique pieces. There are two sofas, two armchairs and a dining table seating ten guests. The room also includes a piano, decorative fireplace, satellite television, DVD player and CD player with iPod dock. Three French doors open onto the terrace, filling the space with natural light. The room is equipped with air conditioning and heating.

The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, electric oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and Italian coffee maker. A dining table seats six guests, and French doors lead directly to the patio.

The ground floor also includes a full bathroom with shower, as well as a separate half-bath with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

On the first floor, a second terrace of 40 square metres offers further outdoor space, partly shaded by a retractable awning and furnished with a table, chairs and deck chairs, with views of the sea and coastline.

There are four bedrooms on this floor. The first bedroom has a double bed that can be arranged as twins on request, a television, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with shower. It also has access to a small balcony. The second bedroom features a double bed, television, air conditioning and direct access to the terrace. The third bedroom offers a double bed, which can also be converted to twins, along with two armchairs, a television, air conditioning and terrace access. The fourth bedroom includes a double bed, an armchair, television, air conditioning and access to the terrace through two French doors.

There are two additional bathrooms on this floor, one with a bathtub and shower attachment, and the other with a shower.

An annexe bedroom is accessed from the patio. This fifth bedroom has a double bed, television, air conditioning and two arched windows with views of the sea and coastline. French doors open onto a small private terrace. The room includes an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower attachment.

GARDENS / EXTERIOR

The garden extends over 10,000 square metres and is partly shaded by lemon trees and grapevine pergolas. It includes a children’s play area and offers wide views across the surrounding greenery and the Amalfi coastline. The outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation, with multiple areas for dining and enjoying the views in both sun and shade.

SWIMMING POOL

The swimming pool measures 5 metres by 16 metres, with a depth ranging from 1 metre to 3.5 metres. The pool area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun loungers, deck chairs, a swing and an outdoor shower. Part of the area is shaded by a stone porch. From the pool, there are uninterrupted views of the sea and the Amalfi Coast. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
