Carefully renovated by its owners, the villa showcases traditional local craftsmanship, incorporating reclaimed beams, handmade bricks and oak flooring to preserve its authentic character while offering modern comforts throughout.

ACCOMMODATION COMPRISES: 

The ground floor is designed for both relaxation and entertaining. Guests can enjoy two welcoming living areas, one featuring an open fireplace, billiard table, comfortable seating and spectacular countryside views. This space also includes a book collection, sound system and satellite television with DVD player. Adjacent is a small kitchen and a double bedroom with a large double bed and en-suite bathroom featuring a double shower.

Large glass doors lead into a second living area with a mezzanine level and access to the villa’s main kitchen. Fully equipped with a gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator, the kitchen also features a large wooden dining table seating up to 12 guests and opens directly onto a spacious outdoor terrace. This part of the villa also houses two further double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom featuring a hydromassage bathtub and the other with its own private bathroom.

Upstairs, guests will find a comfortable sitting area along with three additional bedrooms. Two double bedrooms each have en-suite bathrooms with showers, while the principal bedroom features an antique king-size bed, a hydromassage bathtub and a private bathroom with shower. A charming terrace on this floor enjoys beautiful views across the rolling landscapes of the Val d’Orcia.

For those wishing to stay active during their stay, the villa also benefits from a dedicated fitness room equipped with tatami mats, Pilates balls, a Swedish wall bar, boxing equipment and additional exercise accessories. A separate laundry room provides both a washing machine and tumble dryer.

GARDEN & EXTERIOR: The villa sits within beautifully landscaped gardens designed to complement the natural beauty of the surrounding countryside. Lavender and white roses fill the air with fragrance, creating a peaceful and romantic setting. The private heated swimming pool measures 4 x 18 metres and benefits from an ecological salt-water purification system. Beside the pool is a dedicated changing area complete with bathroom, shower and massage table.
