The villa measures 370 square metres and is furnished throughout with elegant, high-quality pieces. The bright and welcoming interior features a functional, well-equipped kitchen and a spacious living area. A traditional round arch separates the dining room from the sitting area, which has sofas and table games. There is also a large bathroom on the ground floor. The villa maintains a pleasantly cool temperature in summer and includes all modern comforts.

There are five spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and shower. Four bedrooms have double beds, and one bedroom has two single beds. In total, the villa accommodates up to 11 guests.

The garden is fully fenced and surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean planting. A covered porch offers a lovely space to relax or enjoy meals while admiring the exceptional colours of Lake Trasimeno, which change daily with the light and weather. The private swimming pool measures 11.5 m x 1.5 m and includes a shower. It is available from 15 May to 10 October and is equipped with eight sun loungers. A large 200 sqm paved sun terrace provides additional space for sunbathing and taking in the view.
