Ideally located between Pisa & Florence, the villa is just 45 minutes drive from the Leaning Tower of Pisa, under one hour from the golden beaches of Versilia, and around 1 hour from Florence, making it an excellent base for exploring northern Tuscany. The beautiful walled city of Lucca is also within easy reach (under 16 Km).
For opera lovers, the villa is just 45 minutes from Torre del Lago, where you can enjoy performances at the renowned Puccini Festival set against the atmospheric lakeside backdrop beneath the stars.

Had a great holiday at the villa. It was a really good base from which to visit places in Tuscany. The garden is a highlight. AirCo only upstairs but ventilators downstairs do the job. Paola is the kindest host ever.
